14602. The Department of General Services is under the control of an executive officer known as the Director of General Services. As used in this part, 'department' and 'director' refer to the Department of General Services and the Director of General Services, respectively, unless the context otherwise requires.(Added by Stats. 1965, Ch. 371.)
