Commencing no later than August 1, 2005, and no later than August 1 annually thereafter, the Department of General Services shall submit to the Department of Finance a proposal that reconciles the current fiscal year rates for service fees charged by the Department of General Services to state agencies, and details any adjustments proposed for budget fiscal year rates to be included in the Governor’s Budget.(Added by Stats. 2004, Ch. 227, Sec. 45.
