The cost of all architectural services performed by the department for a state agency, which is supported otherwise than by appropriations from the General Fund, except the Veterans’ Home, shall be determined by the Director of General Services, and paid from appropriations available for the support of the state agency. All payments for services shall be deposited in the treasury to the credit and in augmentation of the current appropriation for the support of the department.(Added by renumbering Section 14102 by Stats. 1965, Ch. 371.)
