14659.04. The Office of Risk and Insurance Management, any state office designated pursuant to Section 14659.02, or their designees shall keep a full and true record of all proceedings, issue all necessary process, writs, warrants, and notices, and perform those other duties described in Section 14659.(Added by Stats. 2016, Ch. 31, Sec. 132.
