14659.05. The Director of General Services, the Office of Risk and Insurance Management, any state office designated pursuant to Section 14659.02, or their designees may administer oaths, certify to all official acts, and issue subpoenas for the attendance of witnesses and production of papers, books, accounts, documents, and testimony in any inquiries, investigations, hearings, or proceedings conducted in accordance with Section 14659.(Added by Stats. 2016, Ch. 31, Sec. 133.
