(a) The department shall contract for a statewide procurement and contracting disparity study, in order to guide outreach strategies, state government program development, and improvements to contracting policies.(b) On or before December 31, 2025, the department shall post a report to its internet website setting forth the results of the study and implementation actions taken in response to it.(Amended by Stats. 2024, Ch. 41, Sec. 39.
