In order to broaden subcontracting opportunities for small business, agencies shall maintain and provide, upon request to interested parties, the names and addresses of firms to whom requests for proposals or invitations to bid are to be issued in connection with all contracts for one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) or more.(Added by Stats. 1985, Ch. 823, Sec. 3.5.)
