All governmental contracting entities shall provide to the Department of General Services which shall maintain, for review by those desiring the information, all of the following:(a) Names of contractors to whom specific contracts have been awarded.(b) Contract procedures and requirements.(Added by Stats. 1985, Ch. 823, Sec. 3.5.)
