Appropriations from the General Fund shall not be expended for the printing or publishing of any book, pamphlet, report of activities, or compilation or synopsis of laws, rules or regulations, or other document concerning any of those activities of any state agency that is supported from special funds.(Added by Stats. 1965, Ch. 371.)
