14871. Orders for printing shall be forwarded to the department by the state agency ordering the printing. Such orders shall contain a statement showing that sufficient funds have been encumbered and made available to cover the cost of the printing ordered. The Office of State Printing shall not commence work until a printing order, approved by an authorized officer of the agency ordering the printing, has been received.(Added by Stats. 1965, Ch. 371.)
