14884. The index of the Constitution and laws shall be offered for sale to the public at a price to be fixed by the department. Such portion of the receipts as may be required to complete the cost of printing, publication and distribution shall be paid into the Service Revolving Fund and the balance paid into the Treasury and credited to the General Fund.(Added by Stats. 1965, Ch. 371.)
