14035.1. Commuter rail service shall be provided to the communities between San Jose and Gilroy if the conditions specified in subdivision (a) of Section 14035.4 are completed. Upon the completion of those conditions, the powers and duties of the Department of Transportation with respect to the San Francisco Peninsula commuter rail service shall apply to the San Jose-Gilroy segment.(Added by Stats. 1989, Ch. 922, Sec. 1.)
