14035.65. In developing or funding intermodal passenger service facilities, the department shall give full consideration to existing and projected operational requirements of all participating passenger carriers.In setting fees for facility use assessed on passenger carriers, the department shall give fair and equitable treatment to all transportation carriers regardless of mode.(Added by Stats. 1980, Ch. 568.)
