14038.3. The department may, if requested by the Alameda Corridor Transportation Authority, exercise the power of eminent domain to acquire, in the name and for the use of, the authority, real property in Los Angeles County that is owned by a railroad corporation and that is necessary, incidental, or convenient for the construction of the Alameda Corridor project.(Added by Stats. 1993, Ch. 333, Sec. 1.
