The department may provide by contract with a railroad corporation that any tracks or signaling devices constructed, improved, repaired, or acquired with funds made available by the state on property owned or leased by the railroad corporation shall become the property of the railroad corporation.(Added by Stats. 1981, Ch. 1118, Sec. 1.)
