State highway projects to be included in the program of proposed projects report submitted to the United States Secretary of Transportation pursuant to Section 105 of Title 23 of the United States Code shall be those included in the five-year program for the expenditure of state transportation funds as set forth in the state transportation improvement program after July 1, 1979.(Added by renumbering Section 14036 by Stats. 1981, Ch. 1183, Sec. 11.)
