14074.8. The Steering Committee of the Caltrans Rail Task Force shall remain in existence. If a joint powers authority is formed pursuant to this article and an interagency transfer agreement is executed pursuant to subdivision (b) of Section 14070.2, the Steering Committee of the Caltrans Rail Task Force shall become the Steering Committee of the San Joaquin Joint Powers Authority for the purpose of advising the joint powers board.(Repealed and added by Stats. 2012, Ch. 801, Sec. 8.
