Upon its selection of a proposed program and the award of a grant for the program, the department shall notify the Controller of its action, and the Controller shall disburse the amount of the grant, as specified by the department, to the applicant from the Guaranteed Return Trip Fund.(Added by Stats. 1990, Ch. 1653, Sec. 2.)
