The Department of Justice is responsible for investigation and enforcement of controlled gambling activity in this state as set forth in the Gambling Control Act (Chapter 5 (commencing with Section 19800) of Division 8 of the Business and Professions Code).(Amended by Stats. 2007, Ch. 176, Sec. 54.
