15105. This chapter does not prohibit the use of the State’s Teletype System by any other state or public agency thereof when connection is made to the State’s Teletype System at or within the boundaries of this State and when the messages transmitted relate to the enforcement of the criminal laws.(Added by Stats. 1951, Ch. 655.)
