The State Department of Health Services, in establishing reimbursement for services rendered under the Medi-Cal program by facilities financed under this part, shall reflect those interest savings allocable to Medi-Cal services to the extent feasible and in a manner consistent with federal law.(Added by Stats. 1979, Ch. 1033.)
