Nothing in this part shall operate to prevent the office from formally recognizing committees or boards established by, or with segments of, the private sector, public agencies, or both the private sector and public agencies, that control facilities, resources, or the provision of services essential to the operation of energy or communication infrastructure.(Amended by Stats. 2019, Ch. 396, Sec. 6.
