The board shall summon assessors to meet with it or its duly authorized representatives at least once annually, at places within the state it designates, to study or discuss problems of administration of assessment and taxation laws and to promote uniformity of procedure in tax matters throughout the state.(Amended by Stats. 1966, 1st Ex.
