§ 16265.5

If a statute appropriates more than fifteen million dollars ($15,000,000) for the purposes of this chapter in a fiscal year, then Section 16265.4 shall not apply to the allocation of that amount of money which is greater than fifteen million dollars ($15,000,000). It is the intent of the Legislature to allocate any amount of money greater than fifteen million dollars ($15,000,000) based on criteria which shall consider the costs to counties of welfare and indigent health care.(Amended by Stats. 2008, Ch. 56, Sec. 7. Effective January 1, 2009.)
