16305.1. It is anticipated that as a result of this legislation state agencies will no longer need to maintain large sums of money in agency bank accounts, and that future agency bank accounts permitted by the Director of Finance will contain only amounts of money necessary for day-to-day petty cash needs.(Amended by Stats. 1974, Ch. 1221.)
