§ 16306

16306. When any State revenue, other than revenue payable into the General Fund, is set apart to be applied by the State to the support of the public school system and the State university, the amount set apart shall be repaid into the funds into which the revenue would otherwise have been paid or from which the revenue was set apart.(Added by Stats. 1945, Ch. 120.)
