Claims against special fund appropriations for the support of any State agency, that can not be paid by reason of the depletion of the special fund as a result of any setting apart of revenues under Section 15 of Article XIII of the Constitution shall be paid from the General Fund to the extent only of the sums so set apart.(Added by Stats. 1945, Ch. 120.)
