16367.71. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, whenever a warrant distributed pursuant to Section 16367.5 or 16367.6 remains unclaimed, or the claimant cannot be found, for a period of six months following its disbursement, the face amount of the unclaimed warrant shall revert and be credited to the fund against which the warrant was drawn.(Added by Stats. 1985, Ch. 1604, Sec. 9.)
