16379. Amounts collected by the Department of General Services pursuant to subdivision (a) of Section 11290 shall be deposited in the account and such amounts are continuously appropriated for the purposes set forth in subdivision (a) of Section 11290.(Added by Stats. 1978, Ch. 1079.)
