Refunds of amounts disbursed from the State Pay Roll Revolving Fund shall, on order of the Controller, be deposited in the State Pay Roll Revolving Fund and, on order of the Controller, shall be transferred forthwith from such fund to the fund and appropriation from which such amount was originally derived.(Added by Stats. 1949, Ch. 929.)
