16407. The Capital Outlay and Savings Fund in the State Treasury is abolished. All money credited to the Capital Outlay and Savings Fund is transferred to the General Fund. All appropriations heretofore made from the Capital Outlay and Savings Fund shall be payable, for the same purposes and periods, from the General Fund.(Amended by Stats. 1959, Ch. 1259.)
