Notwithstanding any other provision of the law, the State Treasurer may enter into security loan agreements pursuant to the provisions of Division 8 (commencing with Section 7600) of Title 1 of the Government Code with respect to securities which he is authorized by law to invest in.(Added by Stats. 1975, Ch. 1214.)
