16526. An admitted surety insurer is not eligible as surety for demand or time deposits in any one bank in amounts in excess of 10 percent of the capital and surplus of the surety as shown in the preceding report issued by the United States Treasury Department.(Amended by Stats. 1977, Ch. 582.)
