Any bond act may adopt the provisions of this chapter by reference to its short title, and such reference shall serve to incorporate the provisions of this chapter in said act as though set out in full therein. Notwithstanding such adoption by reference, the bond act may contain provisions applicable to the bonds issued thereunder, and, in case of conflict, the provisions in the bond act shall prevail.(Amended by Stats. 1963, Ch. 1443.)
