16754.5. Notwithstanding any provision in this article to the contrary, bonds to provide farm and home aid for veterans in accordance with the Veterans’ Farm and Home Purchase Act of 1974 (Article 3.1 (commencing with Section 987.50) of Chapter 6 of Division 4 of the Military and Veterans Code), may be sold by negotiated sale by the Treasurer with the approval of the Veterans’ Finance Committee of 1943.(Added by Stats. 1996, Ch. 161, Sec. 1.
