§ 17296.5

17296.5. Unless registered reimbursement warrants remain outstanding, this article shall be in effect only until July 1, 1996, and as of that date is repealed. If registered reimbursement warrants remain outstanding July 1, 1996, this article shall continue in effect until the warrants are paid. Any balance in the Warrant Payment Fund as of the date of repeal of this article shall be transferred to the General Fund.(Added by Stats. 1994, Ch. 136, Sec. 2. Effective July 5, 1994. Repealed on or after July 1, 1996, by its own provisions. Note: Repeal affects Article 6, commencing with Section 17296.)
