'Legislatively determined mandate' means the provisions of a statute or executive order that the Legislature, pursuant to Article 1.5, has declared by statute to be a mandate for which reimbursement is required by Section 6 of Article XIII B of the California Constitution.(Added by Stats. 2007, Ch. 329, Sec. 2.
