The executive director may employ those officers, examiners, experts, statisticians, accountants, inspectors, clerks, and employees as the executive director deems necessary to carry out the provisions of this part or to perform the duties and exercise the powers conferred upon the commission by law.(Added by Stats. 1984, Ch. 1459, Sec. 1.)
