19835.5. In submitting budgetary requirements to the Director of Finance, each appointing power shall carefully estimate and call attention to the need for money sufficient to provide for appropriate salary adjustments for the employees under his or her jurisdiction.(Added by Stats. 1981, Ch. 230, Sec. 55.)
