19839.5. Unless in conflict with the provisions of a memorandum of understanding reached pursuant to Section 3517.5, every department shall calculate and forward to the Controller a request for payment of all undisputed amounts due under Section 19839 within 25 days of the date of separation of the employee.(Added by Stats. 1989, Ch. 509, Sec. 1.)
