19993.4. The Department of General Services shall administer the provisions of this chapter and the rules and regulations adopted pursuant thereto; provided, however, that it shall be the duty of the head or governing body of each state agency to carry out and enforce this chapter and said rules and regulations within such state agency.(Added by Stats. 1981, Ch. 230, Sec. 55.)
