19995.5. The Governor may make each year awards which shall be known as the Governor’s Awards to employees or groups of employees who distinguished themselves by outstanding service to the state during the preceding year.(Amended by Stats. 1985, Ch. 266, Sec. 1. Effective July 26, 1985.)
