19999.1. The Department of Human Resources, in conjunction with the Board of Administration of the Public Employees’ Retirement System, shall develop legislation which will implement a two-tiered retirement system.(Amended by Stats. 2012, Ch. 665, Sec. 106. (SB 1308) Effective January 1, 2013.)
