18596.5. The 'state civil service' shall include all vocational education personnel appointed or employed in the State Department of Education, who are now excluded because they are engaged in work financed in whole or in part with federal funds or in work done by co-operation between the state and the federal government.(Amended by Stats. 1982, Ch. 454, Sec. 69.)
