18800. The board shall create and adjust classes of positions in the State civil service. The classes adopted by the board, shall be known as the Personnel Classification Plan of the State of California. The classification plan shall include a descriptive title and a definition outlining the scope of the duties and responsibilities for each class of positions.(Added by Stats. 1945, Ch. 123.)
