18938.5. When the employment list resulting from examination has been established, each competitor shall be notified in writing of the results of the examination. For competitors unsuccessful in an oral examination, the department or a designated appointing power shall, upon the written request of the competitor, specify the reasons why such person was unsuccessful.(Amended by Stats. 2012, Ch. 360, Sec. 31.
