Applicants for and candidates in the Limited Examination and Appointment Program examination process may appeal in accordance with board rule any of the following actions:(a) A refusal to certify eligibility to participate in the program.(b) A rejection of an application to participate in an examination.(c) A disqualification by an interview panel or by any other selection method used.(d) A denial of a request for reasonable accommodation during the job examination period.(e) A termination of an appointment of a candidate during a job examination period.(Amended by Stats. 1990, Ch. 478, Sec. 14.)
