Whenever a vacancy in any position is to be filled and not by transfer, demotion, or reinstatement, the appointing power shall provide any information the department requests, including the classification of the position, the number of vacancies to be filled, the tenure and time base of the position, the location of the position, and any other information as the department may require.(Repealed and added by Stats. 2013, Ch. 427, Sec. 51.
