Failure of either party (the employee, the employer, or their representatives) to proceed at the hearing shall be deemed a withdrawal of the action or appeal, unless the hearing is continued by mutual agreement of the parties, or upon showing of good cause.(Repealed and added by Stats. 1985, Ch. 1195, Sec. 4.5.)
