In the computation of the disability retirement allowance payable upon the retirement of a member for industrial disability, final compensation shall be determined only with respect to compensation earnable in the membership category applicable to the member at the time of the injury or the onset of the disease causing the disability.(Repealed and added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 379, Sec. 2.
